Saraswathi Balgam is the Founding Director of Rhythm & Hues India, the two offices of which in Mumbai and Hyderabad are a result of her efforts. Building one of the top VFX studios and promoting India in the global animation and VFX markets go to her credit. Being an active participant of both creative and managerial aspects of R & H, she targets on building a core creative team focused on making animated and VFX films for the Indian market. As President of the non-profit organizations ASIFA and Women in Animation, she works towards establishing a common platform for professionals and amateurs to share and learn, and addressing women who make a difference to the community of animation, respectively.
